• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or similar positions.
• Professional Certification in Web Analytics is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
• Proficient in cross-browser compatibility, with knowledge of Enhanced E-commerce.
• Familiarity with Google Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to define and manage custom data layers.
• Build standardized and custom Looker Studio reports for comprehensive analytics and insights reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date technical specifications for accurate analytics tagging and reporting.
• Lead tagging projects, partnering with stakeholders for requirements, implementation, and quality control.
• Analyze website performance metrics and competitive trends, providing recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Report on KPIs and benchmarks for digital channels, offering support and training for Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
• Communicate regularly with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to improve tracking and reporting iteratively.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and client teams to create Looker Studio dashboards and reports.
